Hey, I’m Matt, a coach, athlete, personal trainer and proud parent. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but it’s about more than just training—it’s about pushing limits, building resilience, and setting an example for my son, Anthony (who I still plan on beating at sports for as long as I can!).

 

I play Roller Derby. I run ultramarathons up to 100 miles. I've tested my body and mind in the toughest conditions, and learned what it takes to stay strong, focused, and motivated. Now, I bring that same passion to training you—helping others train like athletes, whether they’re seasoned competitors or just getting started.

 

Alongside my partner, Kelly, I understand the balance of family, work, and training. I know what it’s like to chase big goals while managing daily life, and that’s why my personal training is designed to fit into busy schedules—helping parents, athletes, and weekend warriors build strength, endurance, and confidence.
